About me: I provide professional, full-time, real estate services for Orange, Ulster, northern Rockland & western Dutchess Counties - and selectively in Putnam & Westchester Counties.  I specialize extensively in the Newburgh area and historic properties. I am a life-time resident of the Hudson Valley and current resident of the City of Newburgh, NY.  My wife and I live in its Historic District in the home we restored/renovated in 2001.  Since then, I have done the same to several other homes in the city, and have served as a board member of Newburgh's Architectural Review Commission, and am currently on the board of directors of "Newburgh 2020" (a smart growth/revitalization advisory group).  I am happy to share my real estate, renovation/restoration, and procedural knowledge with clients. Besides real estate, I am an artist & musician, and my educational background is in fine arts & design.
